LoAn Vo, the President of TransCrude LLC is a results-driven executive with exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, financial management, and overall growth. Ms. Vo has a strong acumen and an eye for innovation, she has consistently improved operational efficiencies and profits by implementing solutions to offer collaborative partnerships with customers.
Prior to heading up TransCrude, Ms. Vo was the President of DragonFire Capital LLC., an investment banking firm specializing in Oil and Gas Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets and also an Investment Banker for WG Nielsen & CO where she gained Oil and Gas clients on capital raises and M&A transactions. Ms. Vo also worked as a wealth management advisor at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where she advised high net worth investors both corporate and private clients. Ms. Vo has vast entrepreneurial experiences by working with startup companies to get setup and into operations. Ms. Vo received a BS in Biology from the University of Denver and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at DU. She holds multiple securities licenses.

David Zwyer is from Calgary, Alberta, a seasoned oil and gas executive with over 20 years of diverse industry experience. Mr. Zwyer expansive knowledge encompasses a wide array of expertise in oil trading, lease acquisition, facility managements, transportation/logistics and pricing of crude oil. This multifaceted background positions Mr. Zwyer as an invaluable leader for guiding TransCrude through the complex landscape of the energyy sector.
Mr. Zwyer has held many roles within the oil and gas industries such as EOTT Energy Canada LP., Plains Marketing Canada L.P., Mercuria Energy Canada and Arc Resources Ltd. Mr. Zwyer also currently owns and operates ZOil Marketings Inc., an oil and gas consulting firm in Calgary. Mr. Zwyer received his Bachelor of Management Degree at the University of Lethbridge, AB.

Ty Rogers, with over 25 years' experience in fuel supply, trading, logistics, and hedging, is specialist in the marketing of bulk/wholesale petroleum products, as well as pipeline, rail and terminal logistics. His career has span various regions of the United States, holding trading and management roles at Phibro Energy, Koch Industries, and Nova Energy. He has overseen more than 100 refined product terminals in the US, working with numerous pipeline operators including Colonial Pipeline, Plantation, Kinder Morgan, Megellan, Enterprise and Buckeye.
In 2012, Mr. Rogers Established Nova Energy, Inc. an Altlanta-based firm that specializes in managing physical and financial energy risks. The company offers services such as fuel supply management, terminal access, and financial hedges to its clients. Mr. Rogers is also a partner at Peak Midstream Companies, a company that owns rail transload facilities and commodities businesses across the US.
Mr. Rogers earned his MBA in Marketing from J. Mark Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama. He is a member of National Futures Association and Sigma, and holds positions on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations.
